His feature script When All The Colours Fade Away, was shortlisted at Le Groupe Ouest in 2021.

He has shadowed Alex Garland (Devs), Ricky Gervais (After Life), and Peter Hoar (Nolly, Da Vinci’s Demons), and has been mentored by Ben A. Williams (Sherwood). Raphael is a member of Directors UK, the French Society of Directors, and BAFTA.
